摘要
针对中煤鄂能化蒸汽动力汽轮机抽汽不足、减温减压量大、夏季低压蒸汽放空多等问题,对蒸汽系统进行建模与优化。介绍了模拟系统的建模方法和技术原理,通过系统模拟,对全厂蒸汽动力系统进行全面诊断和评估,找出了问题产生的原因,并给出了相应的优化方案,年经济效益2100万元以上。
Aiming at the problems of insufficient steam extraction,large amount of temperature reduction and pressure reduction,and more low pressure steam exhaust in summer,the steam system was modeled and optimized.The modeling method and technical principle of the simulation system are introduced.Through the system simulation,the steam power system of the whole plant is comprehensively diagnosed and evaluated,the causes of the problems are found out,and the corresponding optimization scheme is given.The annual economic benefit is more than 21 million yuan.
