摘要 聚氨酯为主链带有重复氨基甲酸酯基团的大分子化合物,具备良好耐磨性与耐油性;强度与弹性较高等优势特性。文章针对体育塑胶跑道用聚氨酯预聚物制备与性能优化进行了实验研究。研究结果表明,在预聚物制备时候,既要充分考虑温度与水,又要具备最佳R值(即2);以添加环氧树脂与有机硅的方式(最佳用量即8%与7%),在很大程度上提升了聚氨酯用料的稳定性与可靠性,且具有较好力学性能,可显著优化改性料性能。 Polyurethane is a macromolecular compound with repeated carbamate group in the main chain,which has good wear resistance and oil resistance,and has high strength and elasticity.In this paper,the preparation and performance optimization of polyurethane prepolymer for sports plastic runway were studied.The results show that in the preparation of prepolymer,we should not only fully consider temperature and water,but also have the best R value(that is,2).By adding epoxy resin and silicone(the optimal dosage is 8%and 7%),it gready improves the stability and reliability of polyurethane materials,and has better mechanical properties,can significantly optimize the performance of modified materials.
