Research on the Online Academic Information Preservation Behavior of Postgraduates

摘要 文章探讨了基于QQ、微信平台的硕士研究生网络学术信息保存行为的过程特征和影响因素。采用半结构化访谈法收集了16名硕士研究生在QQ、微信平台中进行网络学术信息保存活动的资料,通过扎根理论归纳出硕士研究生网络学术信息保存行为的20个子范畴并聚焦于7个主范畴,构建了硕士研究生网络学术信息保存行为过程框架和影响因素框架。研究发现:硕士研究生网络学术信息保存行为过程包括启动、选择、整理三个阶段。启动阶段中驱动硕士研究生进行信息保存的原因有有用性、趣味性、任务性三点;选择阶段表明其行为特征符合最小努力原则;整理阶段体现出转存学术信息、删除保存信息两大特征。硕士研究生网络学术信息保存行为的影响因素包括个体因素、信息因素、网络因素、设备因素。 This paper discusses the process characteristics and influencing factors of online academic information preservation behavior of postgraduates based on QQ and We Chat platforms.The semi-structured interview method was used to collect the data of 16 postgraduates in the online academic information preservation activities.Through the grounded theory,the 20 sub-categories of the online academic information preservation behavior of postgraduates are summarized and focused on 7 main categories.This study constructs the process framework diagram and influencing factors framework diagram of the postgraduate online academic information preservation behavior.The study found that the postgraduate online academic information preservation behavior includes three stages of"initiation","selection"and"collation".In the initiation stage,the reasons for driving the postgraduates to save information are"useful","interesting",and"task-oriented".The selection stage shows that the behavior characteristics are in accordance with the principle of least effort.The collation stage reflects the two characteristics of transferring academic information and deleting preserved information.The influencing factors of the online academic information preservation behavior of postgraduates include individual factors,information factors,network factors and equipment factors.
