摘要
澳大利亚国家图书馆自20世纪50年代以来实施了大量的口述历史项目,已成为当前国际上重要的口述历史资源收藏机构。文章通过多种方式对澳大利国家图书馆进行调研,并在介绍其馆藏口述历史资源采集与开发利用方式的基础上,对其口述历史工作特色与经验进行总结。分析结果显示,澳大利国家图书馆口述历史资源采集逐渐呈现社会化、多元化趋势,开发利用体系日益彰显立体化,注重对访谈者的培训,善于与其他组织机构合作,不断寻求各种资金支持,对我国图书馆口述历史工作具有一定的启示意义。
The National Library of Australia has implemented a large number of oral history projects since the 1950 s,and has become an important international oral history resource collection institution.This paper makes a survey of the National Library of Australia in various ways,and on the basis of introducing the collection,development and utilization of oral history resources,summarizes the characteristics and experience of its oral history work.The results show that the collection of oral history resources in the NLA is becoming more and more socialized and diversified.The development and utilization system is increasingly three-dimensional.It pays attention to the training of interviewers,is good at cooperating with other organizations and institutions,and constantly seeks for various financial support,which has certain enlightenment significance for the oral history work of Chinese libraries.
