摘要 当前食品安全问题是社会大众最关切的话题之一,随着物质生活条件的改善,人们对于食品安全和营养价值都有了更高的要求,不再是一味地追求温饱。当前高校学生在食品选择上普遍关注食品的价格、性价比、口味,而对食品的营养价值和安全没有足够的重视。尽管当前高校在食品安全和食品营养价值上已经做出了很大的改进并得到了社会大众的普遍认可,但在某些环节上仍有待提升。本文分析了太原市高校食堂食品安全与学生营养管理,针对现状提出了相应的改进措施,旨在规范高校食堂的管理,保障学生在校的饮食安全与健康。 The current food safety problem is one of the most concerned topics in the society.With the improvement of material living conditions,people have higher requirements for food safety and nutritional value,and no longer blindly pursue food and clothing.At present,college students generally pay attention to the price,price-performance and taste of food in food selection,but do not pay enough attention to the nutritional value and safety of food.Although colleges and universities have made great improvements in food safety and nutritional value of food and have been widely recognized by the public at present,some links still need to be improved.This paper analyzes the food safety and nutrition management of college canteen in Taiyuan.In view of the present situation,the author puts forward the corresponding improvement measures,which aim at standardizing the management of college canteen and ensuring the students’ food safety and health in school.
