康柏西普联合眼底激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿的疗效观察 被引量:6

Intravitreal injection of Conbercept combined with fundus laser in the treatment of macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion

摘要 目的观察康柏西普玻璃体腔注射联合眼底激光光凝治疗视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿的临床疗效。方法对确诊的视网膜静脉阻塞并黄斑水肿患者30例(30只眼)采用康柏西普0.5mg/0.05ml经玻璃体腔注射,并注射后2周行眼底激光治疗。首次注射后随诊半年,分别于术后1周、1、3、6月时检查。对比治疗前后最佳矫正视力及黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度变化情况。结果治疗后1周、1、3、6月患者最佳矫正视力(以LogMAR视力表示)分别为(0.53±0.17),(0.54±0.17),(0.43±0.15),(0.33±0.16),均较治疗前(1.05±0.30)显著提高(P<0.01)。治疗后1周、1、3、6月患者黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度分别为(387.07±73.51),(396.00±74.74),(320.00±63.78),(300.10±68.12)μm,均较治疗前(613.10±104.63)μm显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。30例患者均未出现严重并发症和明显不良反应。结论康柏西普玻璃体腔注射联合眼底激光光凝治疗视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿,疗效明显,安全,未见明显不良反应。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of intravitreal injection of Conbercept combined with fundus laser photocoagulation in the treatment of macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion.Methods 30 cases of retinal vein occlusion with macular edema(30 eyes)by intravitreal injection of were treated Conbercept SEPR 0.5mg/0.05ml followed by fundus laser treatment at 2 weeks after the injection.After the first injection,30 patients were followed for half year.In 1 week,1 month,3 month after the surgery,the visual acuity,intraocular pressure,fundus photography,and OCT were examined and the best corrected visual acuity and macular fovea thickness changes were compared to preoperation.Results One week,1 month,3 months and 6 months postoperatively,BCVA increased significantly(0.53±0.17,0.54±0.17,0.43±0.15,0.33±0.16 vs.1.05±0.30 preoperatively,P<0.01).Central macutar thickness decreased significantly during follow-up(387.07±73.51μm,396±74.74μm,320±63.78μm,300.10±68.12μm vs.613.10±104.63μm preoperatively,P<0.01).There were no serious complications and obvious adverse reactions observed.Conclusions The treatment of macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion with intravitreal injection of Conbercept combined with fundus laser photocoagulation is effective and safe,with no obvious adverse reactions.
