摘要
美国法律图书馆员教育项目已形成较为成熟完备的教育体系,可为我国开展法律图书馆员教育提供参考。文章通过网络调查法和案例分析法,以华盛顿大学法律图书馆员教育项目为例,从项目的萌芽及发展、专业设置、课程设置三方面对其教育情况进行分析,进而总结出对我国开展法律图书馆员教育的启示,包括建立全国性行业协会,制定战略联盟计划;延续中美合作培训模式,探索切实可行的的教育方式;开展院系联合培养模式,建立科学合理的课程体系结构;实施从业人员职业资格认证,制定从业人员业务能力标准。
The American Law Librarianship Program has formed a relatively mature and complete education system,which can provide a reference for the development of the education of law librarians in China.The paper takes the program of the University of Washington Law Librarianship as an example and uses the online survey method and case analysis method to analyze the education situation from the three aspects:the germination and development of the program,the professional setting and the curriculum setting,and then summarizes the enlightenment from the education of law librarian,including the establishment of national industry associations,and the formulation of strategic alliance plans;the continuation of the Sino-US cooperative training model,the exploration of practical and feasible educational methods;the development of a college and cooperation training mode,the establishment of a scientific and rational curriculum system;implementation of professional qualification certification for practitioners and formulation of standards for the ability of employees.
