摘要
本研究采用能谱仪对龙坦窑址考古发掘出土的青花瓷器样品进行了无损分析,通过数据分析与讨论,取得如下成果:(1)探明了龙坦青花瓷器胎釉组成特征与演变规律;(2)揭示了龙坦青花标本与景德镇青花瓷器标本的产地差异和形成原因;(3)研究了龙坦窑址青花瓷器所用青花钴料与《明实录》《天工开物》以及《陶冶图说》中记载的"浙料"之间的关系。本工作不仅为科学认识青花"浙料"以及浙江明代青花瓷器工艺特征、发展规律等相关学术问题提供了科学数据,也为相关遗址出土青花瓷器标本甚至外销青花瓷器的产地判别提供了新的参考数据。
The Longtan kiln is the oldest ever discovered in Zhejiang region where the blue-andwhite ceramics are produced in history, which dates back as far as to Emperor Zhengde’s( 正德) period of Ming Dynasty. The test results of 22 pieces of blue-and-white sampled shards unearthed in the Longtan kiln site with EDXRF are presented in the thesis covering three aspects----the properties and changes of the body glaze elements are ascertained as well as the law of changes;the regional features of the sherds between Longtan kiln and Jingdezhen kiln are clarified as well as the causes for their differences;the link between the cobalt pigment used in Longtan blue-and-white and the ‘Zhe Liao(pigment)’ is analyzed. ‘Zhe Liao(pigment)’ is recorded in the works such as Memoir of The Ming Dynasty(Qīng Shí Lù), An Ancient Chinese Encyclopedia of Craftsmanship(Tiān Gong Kāi Wù) and Illustrated Making of Pottery(Táo Yě Tú Shuō). The project offers scientific data for the study of academic issues regarding the nature of ‘Zhe Liao(pigment)’ and the craftsmanship and the law of development of the Ming blue-and-white, and the birthplace of the unearthed sherds in the related kiln sites and the exported blue-and-white porcelain as well.
