摘要
针对目前高校化学实验室安全管理现状,从实验室规章制度、实验室安全教育、化学试剂使用、实验仪器使用、实验室废弃物处理、实验室环境安全、实验室防护用具7各方面建立了化学实验室安全管理评价体系.基于改进的最优最劣法与隶属度理论,构造了高校化学实验室安全管理评价模型,对高校化学实验室安全管理进行评价.利用改进的最优最劣法(RBWM)为评价指标体系赋权,提高了评价结果的精确性,为高校开展化学实验室安全管理工作提供了参考.
Facing the current problems of safety management of chemical laboratories in universities,this paper establishes a safety evaluation index system from the following seven aspects:laboratory regulations,laboratory safety education,chemical reagent using,laboratory instrument using,laboratory waste disposing,laboratory environmental safety,and laboratory protective equipment.By using the improved Best and Worst Method and membership degree theory,we construct the safety management evaluation model for chemical laboratory in universities to evaluate the safety management.The improved Best and Worst Method(RBWM),which is used to calculate the weights for evaluation index system,significantly improves the accuracy of the evaluation results and provides a reference for the safety management of chemical laboratories in universities.
