摘要
梳理新冠肺炎疫情过程中火神山等应急集中收治医院以及方舱医院的建设过程,分析其工业化装配、协同共享及平战结合等设计与建设特点,继而提出新冠肺炎疫情之后的"抗疫设计"应进一步关注健康住宅设计、多专业"抗疫"设计规范指南的制定与培训宣贯以及多层面、可持续的"健康城市"规划与城市治理设计。
This paper reviews the construction processes of Huoshenshan Hospital amongst other emergency hospitals and mobile cabin hospit als to centralize admittance of COVID-19 patients. It analyzes design and construction characteristics of industrializedprefabrication, collaborative sharing and combination of peacetime and emergency, proposing that anti-epidemic design after the outbreak should pay more attention to healthy housing design and prepare an inter-disciplinary guide for anti-epidemic design with regular training and promulgation, to install a multi-faceted sustainable planning scheme of "healthy city" and urban governance.
