基于ZYNQ7010的储能变流器控制平台研究

摘要 提出一种基于ZYNQ7010储能变流器控制平台研究系统方案,使用VIVADO开发软件进行软硬件协同设计。其中PS侧完成变流器控制策略的实现,主要包括有功无功调度、充放电切换控制、高低电压穿越控制、监控后台通信等功能;PL侧完成A/D采样控制、硬件快速保护、SVPWM波形控制、PWM逻辑模拟控制等功能。在T型三电平500 kW储能变流器的实验表明:该控制平台能够完成复杂控制算法的快速运算,储能变流器并网运行性能可靠。 This paper proposes an energy storage converter general control platform based on ZYNQ7010, and the software and hardware design of the control system is developed by using VIVADO software. The ARM completes the implemention of the converter control strategy, mainly including active and reactive power scheduling,charge-discharge switching control, high and low voltage crossing control, and the communication of background monitoring,etc. FPGA completes function of A/D sampling control, hardware quick protection, SVPWM waveform control, PWM logic simulation control and other functions. The experiment results of 500 kW energy storage converter verify that the control platform can complete the fast operation of complex control algorithm, and the performance of the energy storage converter is reliable.
