The frequency meter is a special instrument for measuring the unknown signal frequency, which is widely used in the field of production test and signal modulation, and has a wide practical significance in the production and life of today’s society. The chip 74 LS192 can be used as a decimal reversible counter. Based on the function of the chip, the digital frequency meter is designed.
