Discussion on the Exploration and Practice of Intelligent Coal Washing Plant

洗煤厂的智能化是指在集成操控中心体系下,依托于信息技术、网络技术等,将各类机械设备运行中产生的数据信息连接到一起,在主操控模块的作用下,令智能化体系实现有序性运行。因此对洗煤厂生产工艺进行论述,指出选煤厂智能化发展中存在的问题,并对智能化洗煤厂的建设与实践路径进行研究。

The intellectualization of coal washing plant means that under the integrated control center system,relying on information technology, network technology, etc., the data and information generated in the operation of various mechanical equipment are connected together, and under the function of the main control module, the intelligent system can realize orderly operation. Based on this, this paper discusses the production process of the coal preparation plant, points out the problems existing in the intelligent development of the coal preparation plant,and studies the construction and practice path of the intelligent coal preparation plant.
