随着智慧警务的深入发展,"互联网+"、人脸识别、云计算、物联网等新技术的广泛应用给新时代治安要素管控带来了一次颠覆性革命。本文以建湖县公安局为例,研究现代公安局如何主动拥抱大数据,抓住智慧警务建设的契机,依托现代科技手段,对与公共安全紧密相关的各个要素进行管理,最终实现了全地域与多种类、全时空与多角度管控,推动治安要素管控提档升级。

With the advent of the "big data" "Internet plus" era, the connotation and extension of the elements of public security continue to expand, the original control concepts, means and mechanisms of public security organs are becoming more and more difficult to adapt to the needs of the development of the situation. In recent years, The Public Security Bureau of Jianhu County has carried out effective practice and useful exploration by implementing the reform of police mechanism, developing intelligent police, building an upgraded version of the technical defense city, promoting the integration of the two networks, breaking through the mechanism, reshaping the police process, strengthening the control of the security elements in the big data environment, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of prevention and control.
