摘要
依据弹性薄壳理论中应变位移关系以及材料的应力松弛理论,导出了机械密封用焊接金属波纹管在实际工况下的失弹方程,得到了波纹管的失弹曲线。根据试验得到的材料应力松弛曲线,确定了材料在工况温度下的应力松弛参数值。在ANSYS Workbench中对波纹管失弹进行有限元分析,将有限元分析结果与理论计算结果对比。研究结果表明,理论计算公式能较好地描述波纹管长期在高温下工作的失弹现象,有限元分析验证了采用弹性薄壳理论建立失弹方程的正确性,可为波纹管的可靠性研究提供依据。
Based on the strain-displacement relationship in the elastic thin shell theory,as well as the theory of material stress relaxation,the elasticity loss equation of welded metal bellows of mechanical seal was derived under actual conditions,the elasticity loss curve of bellows was obtained.According to the stress relaxation curve of the material obtained from the test,the stress relaxation parameters of the material under the condition of temperature were determined.In ANSYS Workbench,the finite element analysis was performed on the elasticity loss of bellows and the finite element analysis was compared with the theoretical calculation results.The results show that the theoretical calculation formula could well describe the elasticity loss of bellows to work at high temperature and the formula had high engineering application.The finite element analysis verifies the correctness of establishing the elasticity equation using the elastic thin shell theory,which can provide a basis for the reliability research of bellows.
