摘要 针对三角形排列方式短管蜂窝夹套结构,利用有限元软件ANSYS中参数化建模功能,基于正交试验方法,应用极差分析法、方差分析法及响应面分析方法等数据处理和分析方法,就单个和多个短管结构参数(厚度t、轴向间距s、长度l、直径d)对蜂窝夹套应力强度的影响进行研究。研究结果表明,单个短管结构参数因素对蜂窝夹套应力强度影响的显著性排序为d>t>s>l。研究得到了一次局部薄膜应力、一次应力+二次应力的多元线性回归方程。研究的结论和结果可为工程设计提供参考。 For the honeycomb jacket structure of short tubes with triangular arrangement,the parametric modeling function in finite element software ANSYS was used,based on orthogonal test method,range analysis method,analysis of variance method,response surface analysis method,short tube structure parameters(thickness t,axial distance s,length l,diameter d),the influence of single and multiple short tube structure parameters on the stress strength of the honeycomb jacket were studied.The results show that the significant order of the influence of the structural parameters of a single short tube on the stress intensity of the honeycomb jacket is d>t>s>l.The multiple linear regression equations of local thin film stress and primary+secondary stress were obtained.The research conclusions and results can be provided reference for engineering designers.
