大沙坝提水泵站停泵水锤KY-PIPE模拟分析与防护

摘要 为复核大沙坝供水系统停泵水锤防护方案是否满足调整方案应用需求,根据大沙坝水库最低至最高运行水位间有45m变幅的特征,基于KY-PIPE水锤分析软件建立水力过渡过程模拟仿真模型,围绕最大压力值、水泵反转转速和管道真空度等,对供水系统的稳态和瞬态运行特性进行分析论证。结果表明,原水锤防护方案不能满足调整方案的水锤防护需求。在取水管和上水管合理位置安装注气微排阀后,管道正、负压值均满足规范要求,为泵站安全、可靠运行提供了必要的水锤防护技术保障。 In order to check whether the protection scheme of pump-stopping water hammer for Dashaba Pumping Station can meet the application requirements of adjustment scheme,according to the 45m variation characteristics between the lowest and the highest operating water level of Dashaba Reservoir,a model to simulate the hydraulic transition process has been established based on KY-PIPE water hammer analyze software,and the steady state and transient operation characteristics of water supply system has been analyzed and demonstrated according to the factors such as pressure value,pump reverse speed and pipe vacuum.The calculation results show that the original water hammer protection scheme cannot meet the water hammer protection requirements of the adjustment scheme.The positive and negative pressure values can meet the requirements of specification after the micro air injection valve is installed at the reasonable position in the water intake and supply pipe,which can provides the necessary water hammer protection technical guarantee for pump station with safe and reliable operation.
