摘要
哈尔滨市位于松花江中游,市区段开发利用程度较高,河道纵横交错,有淤积趋势。本文从哈尔滨市防洪总体角度出发,分析研究清淤疏浚必要性、作用和淤积效果。为提高松花江泄洪能力保证防洪安全,研究了清淤疏浚、泄洪渠技术方案,提出了清淤疏浚宜采用“量小常清”,泄洪渠宜渠化,并应有适当距离,控制流态等措施方案。
Harbin City is located in the middle reach of Songhua River and the degree of development and utilization of urban district is relatively high.The river is crisscrossed and there is a tendency of siltation.In this article,the necessity,function and effect of dredging are analyzed and studied from the general point of view of flood control in Harbin City.In order to improve the flood discharge capacity of Songhua River and ensure the safety of flood control,this article studies the technical scheme of dredging and flood relief channel,and puts forward that the dredging should adopt the measures of“small quantity and constant clearing”,the flood relief channel should be channelized,and there should be appropriate distance,control flow pattern and other measures.
