摘要
建立车辆-设备-座椅的19自由度动力学模型,导出车体、设备及座椅的振动加速度频响函数表达式,以德国垂向轨道不平顺作为轮轨激励,研究有无设备及设备与座椅悬挂参数对高速列车垂向乘坐舒适度的影响规律。研究结果表明:合理设计车下设备与座椅悬挂参数能够改善列车乘坐舒适度。当设备悬挂位置偏离车体中部6.25 m且设备悬挂刚度范围为3.87~6.71 MN/m,座椅悬挂刚度在1.09~1.138 MN/m时,列车各座椅乘坐舒适度能够满足工程要求。
First the 19-freedom degree vehicle-equipment-seat coupling system was established, and the vibration acceleration frequency response function expression of the car body, equipment and seat was derived. Then, taking the German vertical track irregularity as the wheel-rail excitation, the influence of equipment or without equipment, the equipment and seat suspension parameters on the vertical ride comfort of high-speed trains were studied. The result shows that the equipment and seat suspension parameters have large influence on the vehicle vertical comfort. When the suspension position of the equipment is 6.25 m away from the center of the car body, the suspension stiffness of the equipment ranges from 3.87 MN/m to 6.71 MN/m and the seat suspension stiffness is between 1.09 MN/m and 1.138 MN/m. The seat comfort of the train can meet the engineering requirements.
