枸地氯雷他定辅助治疗慢性鼻窦炎的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Medloratadine in the Treatment of Chronic Sinusitis

目的探讨枸地氯雷他定辅助治疗慢性鼻窦炎的应用。方法收集50例医院2016年2月-2018年11月慢性鼻窦炎患者,随机分组。常规手术治疗组慢性鼻窦炎25例患者采取手术治疗方案,枸地氯雷他定辅助治疗组慢性鼻窦炎25例患者实施枸地氯雷他定辅助治疗。分析流涕、头痛、鼻塞和嗅觉减退消失的时间;治疗前后患者鼻腔鼻窦结局测试-20(SNOT-nasal outcome test-20,SNOT-20)量表评分、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-8。结果枸地氯雷他定辅助治疗组流涕、头痛、鼻塞和嗅觉减退消失的时间短于常规手术治疗组,治疗后患者肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-8低于常规手术治疗组,SNOT-20量表评分低于常规手术治疗组(P<0.05)。结论枸地氯雷他定辅助治疗对于慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果确切,可有效控制鼻炎和改善患者的临床症状,缩短治疗时间。

Objective To explore the application of medloratadine in the treatment of chronic sinusitis.Methods 50 patients with chronic sinusitis from February 2016 to November 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.25 cases of chronic sinusitis in the conventional operation group were treated by operation,and 25 cases of chronic sinusitis in the medloratadine assisted treatment group were treated by medloratadine.The time of disappearance of runny nose,headache,nasal obstruction and olfactory hypoesthesia were analyzed.The SNOT-20 scale score,TNF-αand IL-8 were measured before and after treatment.Results The disappearance time of runny nose,headache,nasal obstruction and olfactory hypoesthesia was shorter in the medloratadine group than that in the routine operation group.After the treatment,tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-8 were lower than those in the routine operation group,and the score of SNOT-20 was lower than that in the routine operation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Medloratadine can effectively control rhinitis,improve the clinical symptoms and shorten the treatment time.
