老年眩晕患者应用综合护理干预的效果研究

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Elderly Patients With Vertigo

目的对综合护理干预在老年眩晕患者中的护理效果进行分析和介绍。方法选择我院收治的90例老年眩晕患者作为研究对象,选取时间段为2018年3月-2019年3月,按照患者的就诊日期单双数作为依据,将其划分为普通组和综合组,每组各有45例。采用常规护理的方式对普通组予以护理,在普通组的基础上采用综合护理干预的方式对综合组予以护理,对两组患者的护理效果进行分析和比较。结果两组患者护理前的眩晕障碍量表评分相比差异不显著(P>0.05),与普通组相比,综合组护理后的眩晕障碍量表评分更低,比较结果经过检验(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。综合组的护理满意度明显高于普通组,两组患者相比差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论在老年眩晕患者的临床护理工作中,实施采用综合护理干预的方式效果非常突出,能够有效缓解其临床症状,并且提升其护理满意度。

Objective To analyze and introduce the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patients with vertigo.Methods 90 elderly patients with vertigo treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the time period was from March 2018 to March 2019.They were divided into the general group and the comprehensive group according to the odds and numbers of the patient’s consultation date.There were 45 cases in each group.The general group was treated with conventional nursing,and the comprehensive group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the general group.The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients with vertigo disorder scale scores before nursing(P>0.05).Compared with the general group,the comprehensive group had lower vertigo scale scores after nursing(P<0.05),which was statistical significant.The nursing satisfaction of the comprehensive group was significantly higher than that of the general group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion In the clinical nursing work of elderly patients with vertigo,the effect of implementing comprehensive nursing intervention is very prominent,which can effectively alleviate their clinical symptoms and improve their nursing satisfaction.
