It is inevitable that the infringement of trademark rights,copyright and other intellectual property rights protection objects will occur in the operation of Wechat public numbers in public libraries.This paper analyses and lists various infringement actions and manifestations,summarizes the procedures and strategies that public libraries should actively defend in infringement disputes,and provides feasible suggestions and improvement plans for public libraries to construct and operate Wechat public numbers in the future.
