摘要
工业机器人在进行发电机定子铁心叠装中,发生过因异物导致的冲片质量缺陷和机器人冲片手爪螺钉松弛掉落等生产事故。故采用图像识别技术、机器视觉技术,边缘计算技术和远程运维技术对机器人自动叠装平台上的异物进行监测,避免异物影响产品的生产质量,该系统具有较高的测量精度、效率和可靠性。
When the industrial robot working in the process of generator gustatory iron core assembly,quality defect occurs in the gustatory lamination—the productive accident occurs that screws on the robot hand looses and drops down into gustatory sheets.Thus,technologies of image identification,machine vision,edge computing and remote control&maintenance are applied to eliminate foreign body*s dropping down,affecting productive quality.The system possesses higher measuring precise,efficiency and reliability.
