摘要
对7075铝合金进行多向锻造及时效处理.利用金相显微镜(OM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察微观组织,并测试7075铝合金的力学与抗剥落腐蚀性能.结果表明:经过多向锻造和时效处理,7075铝合金细晶组织具有较高的强度、塑性和抗剥落腐蚀性能.
7075 aluminum alloy was processed by multi-directional forging(MF)and aging.The microstructure was observed by optical microscope(OM)and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The mechanical properties and exfoliation corrosion resistance were tested.After multi-directional forging and aging,the 7075 aluminum alloy with fine-grained structure shows higher strength,ductility and exfoliation corrosion resistance.
