摘要
为实现民用航空发动机测量结果数据质量可量化可控制的目的,该文结合民用航空发动机测量过程特点,采用正态分布作为不确定度分析模型,将测量质量量化为一定置信水平p下的测量数据的分散性即测量过程不确定度;建立涵盖以标准器为起点、测试参数为终点的航空发动机测量过程分级体系,在此基础上分析测量系统设计要求,针对"无法溯源"及"不可达"测量质量控制提供可行的控制手段;最后以某型号发动机液压泵负载系统压力参数测量过程管理为例,说明与传统的计量保障仅关注测量设备的准确度不同,以测量过程不确定度为数据质量控制手段的测量过程控制,能够有效量化并评价整个测量链路的测量质量,进而为发动机产品研制与交付运营提供高质量的测量数据保障。
In order to realize quantifiable and controllable quality of measurement data of civil aero engine,combined with the characteristics of the civil aviation engine measurement process,and the normal distribution is used as the uncertainty analysis model,the measurement quality is quantified as the dispersion of the measurement data at a certain confidence level p,that is,the uncertainty of the measurement process;A classification system of aero-engine measurement process is established,which takes the standard instrument as the starting point and the test parameters as the end point.On this basis,the design requirements of measurement system are analyzed;To provide feasible control means for untraceable and unreachable measurement quality control.Ends with a type hydraulic pump engine load system pressure measuring process management as an example,shows that different from the traditional measurement guarantee only focus on the accuracy of measurement equipment,process to measure the uncertainty of measurement process control of data quality control means,effectively to quantify and evaluate the measurement uncertainty,then provide high quality measurement data security to engine product development and operations.
