摘要 针对高电压、大电流电量测量变送器及分析仪量值溯源的难点问题,该文采用虚功率方法设计一种高电压、大电流宽频功率标准源及测试系统。首先给出变频功率标准源总体方案,以及变频电量溯源技术方案;设计一种基于磁调制原理的大电流测量精密交直流I/V转换器和基于电阻串并联分压原理的精密交直流V/V转换器;利用LabVIEW和数据采集卡PCI-5922,开发变频电量测试系统。在频率分别为100,200,400,600,800,1 000 Hz情况下,对I/V转换器(量程为100,200,500 A)和V/V转换器(量程为100,200,1 000 V等)的幅值和相移分别做比对实验。测试结果表明:I/V转换器幅值最大误差小于0.02%,V/V转换器幅值最大误差小于0.02%,证实系统设计的准确性和实用性。 A standard power source with the high voltage and the large current and its measuring system based on the virtual-power method are designed to solving the problem of the traceability of the transmitter and the analyzer of the high voltage and the large current in this paper.The general scheme of the standard power source and the technical scheme of tracing this power source are given,respectively.The I/V converter of precisely measuring the high AC/DC current based on the magnetic modulation method is designed,and the V/V converter of accurately measuring AC/DC voltage based on the principle of resistance series-parallel voltage division is proposed.A test system of variable frequency electric quantity is developed by using LabVIEW and data acquisition card PCI-5922.The comparison experiments of the amplitude and phase shift of the I/V converter(its range is 100,200,500 A,respectively)and the V/V converter(its range is 100,200,1000 V,etc.)at 100,200,400,600,800,1000 Hz,are implemented.The experimental results show that the maximum error of the I/V converter’s amplitude is less than 0.02%,and the maximum error of the V/V converter’s amplitude is also less than 0.02%.The accuracy and practicability of the system design is proved.
