摘要
针对目前电子驻车系统EPB(electrical parking brake)的执行部件EPB卡钳的EOL(end of line)性能在线测试方法不够完善的现状,引入计算机控制、高精度数据采集、MSA测量系统分析等技术,设计具有快速正反转切换且防过冲功能的测试电路以及模拟EPB卡钳驻车制动机构,研制一套EPB卡钳EOL性能在线测试系统,利用特征点处理算法对测试数据处理,实现对EPB卡钳电流、力值特性的检测和评估,并对系统重复性和不确定度进行评定,测量能力指数均大于1.33,评定结果均符合相关标准。
Aiming at the current situation that the EOL performance online test method of the EPB caliper of the electrical parking system EPB is not perfect,this paper introduces the technology of computer control,high-precision data acquisition,MSA measurement system analysis,designs fast forward and backward switching and anti-overshoot test circuit and simulates parking brake mechanism of EPB caliper,develops an EPB caliper EOL performance on-line test system.The system uses the feature point processing algorithm to process the test data,realizes the detection and evaluation of the current and force characteristics of EPB calipers,and evaluates the repeatability and uncertainty of the system.The measured capability indexes were all greater than 1.33,and the evaluation results meet the relevant standards.
