摘要
采用不同的氮源(酪氨酸、色氨酸、柠檬酸三铵、蛋白胨、酵母膏和牛肉膏)、碳源(果糖、葡萄糖、甘露醇、麦芽糖、可溶性淀粉和羟甲基纤维素)对杏鲍菇菌丝进行培养,主要根据菌丝的生长速率来筛选最适氮源和碳源,进一步探讨了最适氮源和碳源的最佳用量;结果表明:在6种氮源中,以蛋白胨为氮源时,杏鲍菇菌丝的生长速率最快(4.17 mm/d),其次为牛肉膏(3.23 mm/d)和酵母膏(3.03 mm/d);在6种碳源中,以葡萄糖为碳源时,杏鲍菇菌丝的生长速率最快(3.71 mm/d),其次为果糖(3.23 mm/d)和甘露糖(2.91 mm/d);杏鲍菇菌丝生长的最适氮源为蛋白胨,其最佳用量为0.4%;最适碳源为葡萄糖,其最佳用量为3.0%。
In this study,the mycelium of Pleurotus eryngii was cultured with different nitrogen sources(tyrosine,tryptophan,triammonium citrate,peptone,yeast extract and beef extract)and carbon sources(fructose,glucose,mannitol,maltose,soluble starch and hydroxymethyl cellulose).The optimum nitrogen source and carbon source were selected mainly according to the growth rate of hyphae,and the optimum amount of nitrogen source and carbon source was further discussed The results showed that the growth rate of Pleurotus eryngii was the fastest(4.17 mm/d),followed by beef extract(3.23 mm/d)and yeast extract(3.03 mm/d).Among the six carbon sources,the growth rate of Pleurotus eryngii was the fastest(3.71 mm/d),followed by fructose(3.23 mm/d)and mannose(2.91 mm/d).Peptone was the optimum nitrogen source for mycelium growth of Pleurotus eryngii,and the optimum dosage was 0.4%.The best carbon source was glucose,and the optimum dosage was 3.0%.
