摘要
以云南刺芫荽为原料,NaCl溶液为助提剂,采用单因素试验和正交实验相结合的方法,分析了NaCl浓度、浸泡时间、料液比、微波功率、微波时间等工艺参数对提取刺芫荽精油的影响;结果表明:料液比为1:20 g/mL,NaCl浓度为4%,微波加液时间为3 min,浸泡时间为18 h,是刺芫荽精油提取的最佳工艺,利用微波辅助法提取刺芫荽精油,可以大大缩短提取时间,达到高效和省时的效果。
Effects of NaCl concentration,soaking time,feed-liquid ratio,microwave power and microwave time on extraction of essential oil of Eryngium foetidum were analyzed by combining single factor test and orthogonal test.The results showed that the ratio of feed to liquid was 1:20 g/mL,the concentration of NaCl was 4%,the time of microwave addition was 3 min,and the soaking time was 18 h,which was the best process for the extraction of Eryngium foetidum oil.The extraction time of essential oil can be shortened greatly by microwave-assisted,which can achieve high efficiency and time-saving effect.
