摘要
由于环境因子的驱动作用,植物功能性状往往呈现一定的地理格局;从全球、区域、局域三个尺度综述了植株高度、木材密度、种子大小、叶面积等关键功能性状的地理格局,阐述了环境因子在功能性状地理格局形成中的重要驱动作用,并对未来植物功能性状地理格局的研究提出了展望。
Plant functional traits always follow certain geographic patterns,due to the driving effects of environmental factors.Here,we reviewed research progress of key functional traits’(e.g.,plant height,stem density,seed mass and leaf area)geographic patterns on three spatial levels of global,regional and local scale.The geographic patterns of these traits depend on plant taxa or geographic position.Meanwhile,this paper points out the importance of environmental factors to functional traits’geographic patterns.In addition,we also provide a future outlook,including research methods and directions in the study of functional traits’geographic patterns.
