摘要
在NI-ELVIS平台下建立PT100热电阻测温系统硬件和软件设计,硬件部分对PT100检测电路进行分析设计,软件部分介绍以LabVIEW软件为平台的系统设计;为了提高温度测量精度,用径向基(RBF)神经网络建立了PT100热电阻温度测量模型,对电阻与温度之间的非线性关系进行了逼近,结果表明:该设计具有精度高、范围广、界面友好的特点,适合对测温精度要求比较高的场合。
The hardware and software design of Pt100 thermal resistance temperature measurement system is established on ni-elvis platform.The hardware part of Pt100 detection circuit is analyzed and designed,and the software part introduces the design based on LabVIEW software.In order to improve the accuracy of temperature measurement,the temperature measurement model of Pt100 thermistor is established by radial basis function(RBF)neural network,and the nonlinear relationship between resistance and temperature is approached.The results show that the design has the characteristics of high precision,wide range and friendly interface,which is suitable for the occasions with high temperature measurement accuracy requirements.
