摘要
调频脉冲信号是雷达侦察中常见的信号类型,在工程应用中对该类信号处理时时窗宽度的选取随意性较大,造成时频域分析的部分细节信息丢失,甚至产生不准确的结果。针对这一问题,在对时频分析中的固有矛盾简要回顾之后,给出了单分量调频脉冲信号的视在瞬时带宽的定义及估计方法,阐述了其在时频分析与信号检测中的典型应用,体现了视在瞬时带宽相对于调频信号传统带宽定义的优越性。从而为调频脉冲信号时频特征的精细展示和带内功率信噪比的准确度量提供了新的方法与手段,这将更有利于雷达侦察中对此类信号的高灵敏度检测与参数的高精度估计。
The frequency modulated pulse is a common signal type in radar reconnaissance. In engineering application, the selection of time window width is arbitrary when processing this kind of signal, which brings the loss of some details and even inaccurate results. After a brief review of the inherent contradiction in time-frequency analysis, the definition and estimation method for the apparent instantaneous bandwidth of frequency modulated pulse signal with the single component are explained. The typical applications in time-frequency analysis and signal detection for the apparent instantaneous bandwidth are presented, which show their superiority relative to the traditional bandwidth definition. A new approach is provided for fine display of time-frequency characteristics of frequency modulated pulse and accurate measurement of in-band power SNR. It benefits for more sensitive detections on such signals and higher precision acquirements of parameters in radar reconnaissance.
