摘要
相控阵接收通道的噪声特性直接决定阵列接收的品质,但实际设计中一般依赖于经验设计,缺乏对相控阵阵列前端噪声的理论分析。对无源相控阵前端和有源相控阵前端的噪声功率和噪声系数做了详细的理论推导和对比分析,给出了这两种形式相控阵前端的噪声功率和噪声系数的解析表达式,并利用实例结合ADS仿真软件搭建链路模型验证了结果的准确性。
The quality of the receiving signal from the phase array is determined by the degree of noise deterioration within the receiving channel. Theoretical analysis of the noise characteristics in the phase array isn’t thorough that many rules of thumb are adopted in the engineering design.Detailed theoretical derivation and comparative analysis of the noise power and noise figure in the passive and active phased array are presented. Analytical expressions of the two specifications for different forms of phased array are given and the validity is verified with the RF link simulation results by ADS simulator from a practical example.
