锦纶/塑料光纤包覆纱的纺制及性能分析 被引量:5

摘要 为改善塑料光纤易从织物中滑脱的问题,以27.8 tex塑料光纤作为芯丝、不同线密度的锦纶丝作为外包丝,制备4种锦纶/塑料光纤包覆纱,分析锦纶/塑料光纤包覆纱的拉伸性能、耐磨性能及透光性能。结果表明:包覆工艺未对塑料光纤表面造成影响;随着外包锦纶丝线密度的增加,锦纶/塑料光纤包覆纱的断裂强力逐渐增大,断裂伸长率基本稳定在26.26%~31.72%。锦纶(15.6 tex)/塑料光纤包覆纱的拉伸性能和耐磨性能最好。锦纶/塑料光纤包覆纱的透明度随外包锦纶丝线密度的增加而增加,锦纶(4.4 tex)/塑料光纤包覆纱的透光性能最好。 In order to improve the problem that the plastic optical fiber easily slipped out of the fabric,four kinds of polyamide/plastic optical fiber covered yarns were prepared by using 27.8 tex plastic optical fiber as the core wire and polyamide yarns with different linear densities as the outer covering wire.The tensile property,abrasion resistance and optical transmittance of the polyamide/plastic optical fiber covered yarns were analyzed.The results showed that,the covering process didn’t affect the surface of the plastic optical fibers.And with the increase of the linear density of the outer covering polyamide yarn,the breaking strength of the polyamide/plastic optical fiber covered yarn increased gradually,and its elongation at break was basically stable at 26.26%~31.72%.The polyamide(15.6 tex)/plastic optical fiber covered yarn had the best tensile property and abrasion resistance.The transparency of the polyamide/plastic optical fiber covered yarn increased with the increase of the linear density of the outer covering polyamide yarn,and the polyamide(4.4 tex)/plastic optical fiber covered yarn had the best optical transmission performance.
