摘要 以不同厚度的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)膜作为防水透湿膜,通过层压加工,分别对3种织物(纯棉织物、涤/棉织物和涤纶织物)进行防水透湿改性,制得3种具有防水透湿性能的复合织物(纯棉复合织物、涤/棉复合织物和涤纶复合织物)。探讨PTFE膜厚度及织物种类对复合织物的防水透湿性能的影响,结果表明:随着PTFE膜厚度增加,复合织物的透湿性和静水压会有所提高;PTFE膜厚度越小,复合织物的疏水性越好;PTFE膜厚度对复合织物的抗沾湿性能的影响较弱。就织物种类而言,涤纶复合织物的抗沾湿性能最好,沾水等级可达4级,水接触角最高为131.0°,具有良好的疏水性;纯棉复合织物的透湿率和静水压最高分别达5504 g/[m^2·(24 h)]和32.41 kPa,防水透湿性能优异,具有很好的应用前景。 Using polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)film with different thickness as the waterproof and moisture permeable film,the waterproof and moisture permeable modification was respectively conducted on three types of fabrics through the laminating process to prepare three kinds of composite fabrics(i.e.,cotton composite fabric,polyester/cotton composite fabric and polyester composite fabric)with waterproof and moisture permeability.The effects of the thickness of PTFE film and the type of fabrics on the waterproof and moisture permeability of the composite fabrics were discussed.The results showed that the moisture permeability and hydrostatic pressure of composite fabrics would increase with the increasing thickness of PTFE film.The thinner the thickness of PTFE film,the better the hydrophobicity of composite fabrics.The thickness of PTFE film had weak effects on the anti-wetting performance of composite fabrics.In terms of fabric type,the polyester composite fabric had the best anti-wetting performance with the spray rating of level 4 and the highest water contact angle of 131.0°,which had good hydrophobicity.The highest moisture permeability and hydrostatic pressure of the cotton composite fabric respectively reached 5504 g/[m^2·(24 h)]and 32.41 k Pa,which had excellent waterproof and moisture permeability with good application prospect.
