玄武岩纤维增强磷酸镁水泥砂浆力学性能试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 以磷酸镁水泥砂浆3 d、7 d和28 d的抗压、抗折和拉伸黏结强度为评判指标,研究了玄武岩纤维对磷酸镁水泥砂浆力学性能的影响,建立了声波纵波脉冲速度与抗压强度的理论关系式。结果表明,掺量不超过2 kg/m^3的玄武岩短切纤维有助于提高砂浆的抗压强度;短切玄武岩纤维的掺入可以显著增强砂浆的抗折强度,建议掺量为3~5.5 kg/m^3;砂浆的拉伸黏结强度会随纤维掺量的增加而提高,建议掺量为5~6 kg/m^3;纵波波速可以用于测定磷酸镁水泥修补砂浆的抗压强度。 Based on the 3 d,7 d,and 28 d compressive strength,flexural strength,and tensile bond strength of magnesium phosphate cement mortar(MPCRM),the enhancement effects of basalt fiber on mechanical properties of MPCRM were studied,and the theoretical relationship between the pulse velocity of sonic longitudinal wave and compressive strength was established.The results show that the short cut basalt fiber with the content of less than 2 kg/m^3 is helpful to improve the compressive strength of MPCRM.The addition of short cut basalt fiber can significantly enhance the flexural strength of the mortar,and the recommended content is 3~5.5 kg/m^3.The tensile bond strength of the mortar increases with the increase of the fiber content,and the recommended content is 5~6 kg/m^3.The longitudinal wave velocity can be used to determine the compressive strength of magnesium phosphate cement repair mortar.
