摘要
基于多源遥感影像,研发遥感溢油监测处理系统,系统以光学和雷达影像为数据源,结合GIS和遥感技术,集成影像自动化预处理、海上船舶、养殖区、海冰、溢油自动化提取、专题图制作、监测报表制作、报表归档管理等功能,并且结合AIS、电子海图实现了综合分析功能。
A remote sensing ocean oil spill monitoring and process system was designed based on multi-source remote sensing imagery.The system used optical and radar images as data sources,combined with GIS and remote sensing technology,integrated image automation preprocessing,automatic extraction of ship,sea ice,farming area and oil spills,thematic map production,monitoring report production,report filing management and other functions,and combined with AIS,electronic chart to achieve a comprehensive analysis function.
