摘要
为实现海上溢油事故发生后及时掌握溢油分布并调度船舶,利用空间信息平台开发船舶溢油避险系统。系统首先采用溢油预测模型对溢油范围进行分析预测,实现事故溢油信息的空间布局分析,然后采用船舶避险模型对溢油事故影响范围进行计算,提取事故影响海域内的船舶信息,最终在空间信息平台下集成显示。结果表明,该系统可以实现对事故海域溢油信息的空间布局分析及事故海域船舶目标的提取,并在空间信息平台下事故海域范围内溢油扩散结果的可视化。
In order to realize the timely distribution of oil spills and guide ships,a space information platform was used to develop a ship oil spill region avoidance system.The system applies the oil spill prediction model to analyze and predict the oil spill area,completes the analysis of the spatial layout of the accident oil spill information,uses the ship avoidance model to calculate the impact area of the oil spill accident,and extracts the ship information in the sea area affected by the accident.The simulation results showed that the system can realize the visualization of the results of oil spill diffusion under the space information platform.
