产教融合视角下构建中药学专业应用型人才培养模式的途径

Ways to construct the training mode of applied talents in traditional Chinese medicine specialty from the perspective of industry-education integration

从目前中药产业发展形势和中药人才培养现状入手,重点阐述了推进产教融合培养中药学专业应用型人才的必要性,以及高校如何从人才培养目标、人才培养方案、学科建设与师资队伍、教学方法与教学改革、实践教学、社会服务等六方面入手培养中药学专业应用型人才。

Starting from the traditional Chinese medicine industry development present situation and the current situation of Chinese medicine personnel training,it focuses on the necessity of advancing the integration of industry and education to train professional talents of Chinese pharmacy,and how colleges and universities can learn from the talent training,talent training scheme,course construction and teaching staff,teaching methods and teaching reform,practice teaching,social service and so on six aspects started to train applied talents of Chinese pharmacy.
