疫情背景下家政服务业发展的现实困境与突破路径--基于杭州家政服务供需双方的调查分析

Realistic Predicament and Breakthrough Path of Housekeeping Service Industry Development under the Background of Epidemic:An Empirical Study on the Supply and Demand in Hangzhou

作为朝阳产业和第三产业主力军,家政服务业在广泛吸纳就业、应对老龄化少子化社会、解放社会生产力等方面都发挥着不可替代的作用。通过网络问卷和电话询问的形式,对杭州市及辖区的126个城镇家庭和42个家政企业调查后发现,新冠肺炎疫情对家政供需双方均造成沉重打击,并产生深远影响:服务需求断崖式下跌,家政企业面临多重经营困境。为此,在疫情防控很可能常态化的新背景下,迫切需要政府、企业等多方合力、多措并举,为家政服务业转型升级提供突破路径。

As the main force of the sunrise industry and the third industry,housekeeping service industry plays an irreplaceable role in widely absorbing employment,coping with the aging society with fewer children and liberating social productivity.Through online questionnaires and telephone interviews,a survey of 126 urban households and 42 housekeeping service enterprises in Hangzhou and its surroundings reveals that the new COVID-19 epidemic has a profound impact and has caused a heavy blow to both the housekeeping supply and demand.Demand for services has fallen precipitously and housekeeping service enterprises are facing multiple operating difficulties.Thus,under the new context that epidemic prevention and control is likely to be a new normal,there is an urgent need for the government and enterprises to join forces and take multiple measures to provide a breakthrough path for the transformation and upgrading of the housekeeping service industry.
