基于云计算环境下电子文件的动态发展研究

近年来,我国的电子文件发展呈现繁荣上升的趋势,在不断发展的同时,也要随着大环境的变迁而改变。云计算的出现与应用给电子文件带来了新的机遇与挑战,使得电子文件呈现动态发展。在这个发展过程中,电子文件的数据连续性、单套制的转变以及安全问题是本文论述的中心。电子文件自身的变化也非常明显,如何适应云计算大环境下电子文件发展的方向并作出相应的改进与创新,是未来电子文件的发展需要思考的问题。

In recent years,the development of electronic documents in our country has shown a trend of prosperity and rise.While developing continuously,it also needs to change with the general environment.The emergence and application of cloud computing brings new opportunities and challenges to electronic documents,and involves electronic documents in dynamic development.This paper focuses on the data continuity of electronic documents,the transformation of single set system and the security issues.The change of electronic documents is also very obvious.How to adapt to the development direction of electronic documents in the cloud computing environment and make corresponding improvement and innovation is a problem that needs to be considered in the future.
