摘要
大跨度上承式连续钢桁梁是铁路桥梁结构的创新形式,能有效降低桥墩的建筑高度,降低基础与桥墩的施工难度和工程造价,技术、经济优势突出,在山区铁路桥梁建设中具有较强的适用性.这种新的铁路桥梁结构形式技术标准尚待完善.本文依托新建玉溪至磨憨铁路的重点控制性工程元江特大桥(108.0+151.5+249.0+151.5+108.0)m上承式连续钢桁梁,分析总结大跨度上承式连续钢桁梁在结构设计、加工制造、现场架设等方面的创新成果,为类似桥梁建设提供借鉴.
The long-span deck continuous steel truss beam is the structural innovation of the railway bridge,which effectively reduces the building height of the pier,thus reducing the construction difficulty and engineering cost of the foundation and pier.It has outstanding technical and economic advantages,and has strong applicability in the construction of railway bridges in mountainous areas.In view of this new railway bridge structure form,the technical standards are yet to be improved.Based on the background of Yuanjiang super long bridge of(108.0+151.5+249.0+151.5+108.0)m,which is the key control project of the new Yuxi-Mohan railway,this paper analyzed and summarized the innovative achievements of the long-span continuous steel truss in the aspects of structural design,processing and manufacturing,field erection,etc.,which provide reference for similar bridge construction.
