补肺活血胶囊联合泼尼松治疗特发性间质性肺炎的疗效观察

Effect of Bufei Huoxue capsule combined with prednisone in treatment of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia and its effect on pulmonary function

目的研究补肺活血胶囊联合泼尼松辅助治疗特发性间质性肺炎的临床疗效及其对肺功能的影响。方法选取2016年5月至2018年5月在解放军联勤保障部队第940医院明确诊断为特发性间质性肺炎的住院患者66例,按照随机对照的方法分为观察组和对照组,每组33例。对照组单纯给予泼尼松治疗,观察组在泼尼松的基础上给予补肺活血胶囊治疗。对比两组患者治疗后的总有效率、治疗前后的睡眠质量评分以及临床-影像-生理综合评分、肺功能各项指标的变化以及6分钟步行试验距离。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率(84.85%)明显高于对照组(54.55%),差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗后,两组睡眠质量评分及临床-影像-生理综合评分均较治疗前下降,且观察组评分较对照组更低,差异有显著性(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的用力肺活量、一氧化碳弥散量及6分钟步行试验距离均高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论补肺活血胶囊联合糖皮质激素辅助治疗特发性间质性肺炎能提高疗效,改善肺功能,提高睡眠质量和生活质量,可推广用于特发性间质性肺炎患者的辅助治疗。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Bufei Huoxue capsule combined with prednisone in the treatment of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia and its effect on pulmonary function.Method 66 patients with idiopathic interstitial pneumonia admitted in the 940th Hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 33cases in each group.The patients in the control group were received conventional prednisone therapy alone,while the patients in the observation group were given tonifying lung and activating blood capsules combined with Prednisone.The total effectiveness rate,sleeping quality score and the physiological score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the changes of lung function and the distance of 6mins work test(6MWT)were compared.Result In the observation group,the total effective rate was 84.85%,which was higher than that in the control group accounting for 54.55%(P<0.05).Without treatment,there was no significant difference in the grades of sleeping quality or CRP scores(P>0.05).After therapy,the scores of sleeping quality and the CRP scores of both groups decreased,but the scores of the observation group decreased more obviously(P<0.05).The observation group after treatment,the pulmonary function indexes(FVC,DLCO,6MWT)were all higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Bufei Huoxue capsules and prednisone in the treatment of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia is superior to the Prednisone treatment alone,which can effectively improve the sleep quality and the pulmonary function of the patients,increase the effective rate.It may have a high clinical value for promotion.
