呋塞米激发试验对体外循环心脏术后CRRT患者停机时机的预测价值 被引量:3

摘要 急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)是体外循环心脏术后的严重并发症,国外的资料报道发生率波动在17%~43%,国内资料提示体外循环手术是AKI的独立危险因素,另外大约6%的AKI患者需要连续性肾脏替代治疗(continuous renal replacement therapy,CRRT),但长时间的CRRT治疗可能给AKI患者带来并发症,因此,ICU内的AKI患者选择恰当的CRRT停机时机显得非常重要。本研究采用呋塞米激发试验(furosemide stress test,FST)的方法,旨在探讨对体外循环心脏术后CRRT患者停机的预测价值,为临床医生把握RRT撤机的时机提供新思路。
