大棚栽培食用菌的生产经济效益评估方法 被引量:4

摘要 为评估大棚栽培食用菌的生产经济效益,通过定义投入成本与产出指标,构建生产经济效益评价指标体系。在该体系中,按照大棚栽培食用菌的流程,统计食用菌的栽培成本,综合多个影响因素估算食用菌产量及盈利。据此分析投入与产出的关系,得出栽培食用菌的投入产出比,从而得出大棚栽培食用菌的生产经济效益评估报告。通过对比试验可知,应用该方法,大棚栽培食用菌的生产经济效益提高了56.25%。 In order to improve the production economic benefit of edible fungi cultivated in greenhouses,the production economic benefit evaluation method was designed.By defining the index of input cost and output,the evaluation index system of production economic benefit is constructed.In this system,according to the process of cultivating edible fungi in greenhouses,the cultivation cost of edible fungi was counted,and the yield and profit of edible fungi were estimated based on multiple influencing factors.Finally,the relationship between input and output was analyzed,and the input-output ratio of cultivated edible fungi was obtained.Through the comparative experiment,we can see that the economic benefit of greenhouse cultivation of edible fungi increased by 56.25%under the application of this method.
