白牛肝菌多糖对力竭运动大鼠骨骼肌2种ATP酶活性影响

Effect of Boletus griseus Polysaccharide on Two ATPase Activity in Skeletal Muscle of Exhausted Exercise Rats

摘要 探讨白牛肝菌(Boletus griseus)多糖对力竭运动大鼠Na^+/K^+-ATP酶、Ca^2+/Mg^2+-ATP酶活性的影响。30只大鼠,分为安静组、运动组、运动给药组,每组10只。运动给药组大鼠每天灌服牛肝菌多糖溶液,剂量为50 mg·kg^-1d^-1。安静组不运动,其他2组大鼠进行隔天1次的力竭游泳运动。测定大鼠体质量、末次力竭运动时间、骨骼肌组Na^+/K^+-ATP、Ca^2+/Mg^2+-ATP活性。结果发现,与安静组相比,运动组、运动给药组体质量、Na^+/K^+-ATP、Ca^2+/Mg^2+-ATP活性均降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与运动组相比,运动给药组体质量、力竭游泳时间、Na^+/K^+-ATP和Ca^2+/Mg^2+-ATP活性均升高(P<0.05)。白牛肝菌多糖能提高ATP酶的活性,维持细胞膜内外离子的正常分布,同时促进机体生长发育,提升其的运动能力。 To investigate the effect of Boletus griseus polysaccharide on Na^+/K^+-ATPase and Ca^2+/Mg^2+-ATPase activity in exhausted exercise rats,30 rats were divided into quiet group,exercise group and exercise administration group,10 rats in each group.The rats in the exercise group were given B.griseus polysaccharide solution every day at a dose of 50 mg·kg^-1d^-1.The rats in the other two groups did exhaustive swimming every other day.The body mass,the last exhaustive exercise time,Na^+/K^+-ATPase and Ca^2+/Mg^2+-ATP in skeletal muscle group were measured.The results showed that the body mass,Na^+/K^+-ATPase and Ca^2+/Mg^2+-ATP of the exercise group and the exercise group were lower than those of the quiet group(P<0.05),and the body mass,exhausted swimming time,Na^+/K^+-ATPase and Ca^2+/Mg^2+-ATP of the exercise group were higher than those of the exercise group(P<0.05).The polysaccharide of B.griseus can improve the activity of ATPase,maintain the normal distribution of ions inside and outside the cell membrane,promote the growth and development of the body,and improve its movement ability.
