食用菌专业人才培养体系设计

摘要 当前我国食用菌专业人才培养仍不能满足“四创”教育的要求,基于此设计了阶梯递进式的高校食用菌专业人才培养模块体系,包括创业基础教育培养模块、创业专项教育培养模块、食用菌创业与专业结合培养模块以及食用菌创业实践类培养模块。 At present,the cultivation of professional personnel of edible fungi in China still cannot meet the requirements of Innovation and entrepreneurship education,which is manifested in the lack of integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the education of edible fungi and the lack of practical education of edible fungi entrepreneurship.Based on this,this paper designs a step-by-step training module system for edible fungus professionals in colleges and universities,including the basic education and training module for entrepreneurship,the special education and training module for entrepreneurship,the combined training module for edible fungus entrepreneurship and specialty,and the practical training module for edible fungus entrepreneurship.
