摘要
食用菌是我国所有农产品中出口量最多的产品之一,在面向外国人翻译中国的食用菌词汇时不可以生硬的翻译,而是要有一定技巧,这样可以帮助外国人更深入地了解我国食用菌和通过食用菌制作的菜肴,以便宣传我国食用菌饮食文化。所以翻译工作者在翻译时应更注重翻译的技巧,翻译出能吸引人的名字,以引起外国人的好奇心。通过对食用菌词汇的翻译技巧进行阐述和分析,并提供科学翻译的相关的建议。
Edible fungi is one of the most exported agricultural products in China.It is not allowed to translate the Chinese edible fungi names to foreigners in a crude way,but need skills,so as to help the foreign people better understand the edible fungi in China and the dishes made by the edible fungi,so as to help the edible fungi to be popularized more widely in the world.Therefore,translators should pay more attention to the skills of translation and translate attractive names to arouse the curiosity of foreign people.
