摘要
目的:探讨肌电生物反馈结合肌内效贴治疗脑卒中后足下垂的效果。方法:将本院2016年1月-2019年6月收治的60例脑卒中后足下垂患者随机分为对照组和干预组,每组各30例。对照组患者进行常规的康复治疗,干预组在对照组的治疗基础上加用肌电生物反馈结合肌内效贴治疗,治疗4周后,对比两组患者踝关节的背伸能力、平衡能力和步行速度、能力与耐力、功能和左右步长差。结果:干预组的AROM角度和BBS评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组的6MWT、10 m MWS和FAC评级均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组左右步长差小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肌电生物反馈结合肌内效贴治疗脑卒中后足下垂的疗效显著,能改善患者踝关节的背伸能力、平衡能力和步行功能,提升患者的步行能力和耐力,值得推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of electromyography biofeedback combined with intramuscular patch on the treatment of foot drop after stroke. Method: A total of 60 patients with post-stroke and foot drop from January 2016 to June 2019 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine rehabilitation. The intervention group was treated with electromyography biofeedback combined with intramuscular patch for the treatment of the control group. After 4 weeks of treatment, the ankle joint’s back extension ability, balance ability and walking speed, ability and endurance, function and left and right step length difference were compared between the two groups. Result: The AROM angle and BBS score of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The 6 MWT, 10 m MWS and FAC ratings of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The difference in left and right step length of the intervention group was smaller than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Electromyography biofeedback combined with intramuscular affection is effective in treating foot drop after stroke. It can improve the back extension, balance and walking function of patients’ ankle joints, and improve their walking ability and endurance. It is worthy of popularization and application.
