热塑膜联合真空袋体位固定技术在胸腹部肿瘤放射治疗中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨热塑膜联合真空袋体位固定技术在胸腹部肿瘤放射治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年6月于本院放射治疗的85例胸腹部肿瘤患者。按抛硬币法分为联合组(n=45)和对照组(n=40)。对照组放射治疗时采取真空袋体位固定技术,联合组在对照组的基础上联合热塑膜体位固定技术。比较两组体位摆放不同方向的误差、并发症发生及满意情况。结果:联合组前后、左右以及头足方向的误差均小于对照组(P<0.05);联合组恶心呕吐、放射性食管炎、肠炎及肺炎发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);联合组满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在胸腹部肿瘤患者放射治疗过程中采取热塑膜联合真空袋位固定技术可明显减少误差,降低并发症发生,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To investigate the effect of thermoplastic membrane combined with vacuum bag in the radiotherapy of thoracoabdominal tumor. Method: From January 2018 to June 2019, 85 patients with thoracoabdominal tumor treated with radiotherapy in our hospital were selected. According to coin tossing method, they were divided into combined group(n=45) and control group(n=40). The control group was treated with vacuum bag fixation during radiotherapy, while the combined group was treated with thermoplastic membrane fixation on the basis of the control group during radiotherapy. The errors of positioning in different directions, complications and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Result: The errors of front and back, left and right, head and foot direction in the combined group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of nausea and vomiting, radiation esophagitis, enteritis and pneumonia in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Thermoplastic film combined with vacuum bag position fixation technique can significantly reduce errors, reduce complications and improve patient satisfaction during radiotherapy for patients with thoracoabdominal tumor, which is worthy of clinical application.
